Before you go to Barracuda Bob’s for coffee or a treat, to Hammerheads for lunch or a cold drink, or to book a diving or fishing trip with Ocean Sport, stop by and pick up a book or SBPA t-shirt at the SBPA bookstore. Come on in and say hello and browse our large collection of books, some from local San Carlos authors! We are located between Barracuda Bob’s and Hammerheads. Come check out our new location, browse for books and other items, and support our monthly sterilization clinics. The SBPA Bookstore shares a storefront with the CRRIFS Gift Shop.

Normal Hours: Our current hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 10-2. This may vary as our volunteers take vacation and we will make sure to post when any changes come up.

Special – Buy and fill a bag for 150 pesos any day of the week. Refills on Saturdays only for 75 pesos.

Donations in cash, US, Canadian or Mexican currency, or US bank based checks may be made at the SBPA bookstore. Please place donations in a sealed envelope when delivering to the bookstore.

Support the SBPA by purchasing a 2026 SBPA Calendar at the SBPA Bookstore. The sale of each calendar covers the cost of 1 sterilization surgery. 2026 Calendar will also be available for sale at VIVE Real Estate, Rescate Market, Loma del Mar, Amaretto and pop up locations around San Carlos.
