Create a Lasting Legacy
Please consider making a lasting contribution to the SBPA so that we may continue our legacy of spaying and neutering street dogs and cats. The SBPA is a completely donor dependant, non-profit organization. All of our funds to continue our mission come from generous donations. Through the efforts of volunteers and donors, the SBPA helps to control the overpopulation and suffering of animals in our community. You can help us continue this important mission through a legacy gift from your will or trust, a one-time tax-deductible donation, or a monthly/ annual gift. You can even use some or all the proceeds from your IRA required minimum distribution (RMD) as part of your giving.
Gift of Bequest
“I give and bequeath to SBPA, a 501c3 not-for- profit corporation, with principal offices presently located at SBPA Services Inc., Attn: Jonni Diane Rogers, 4647 Holly Rose Drive, Green Valley, AZ 85622, the sum of $ (insert your donation amount), or (your donation percentage) % of my estate, to be used for the accomplishment of spaying and neutering street dogs and cats.”
Retirement Account Options
Donations made from an IRA can meet all or part of the required minimum distributions for the tax year! You can utilize this rule as part of your year-end financial planning while making a valuable donation our community and the SBPA of San Carlos!
Ways You Can Give Through Other Means

- Personal Property or Real Estate
- The Residue of Your Estate after all bequests and bills are paid
